Revlon Steps It Up

As you know, I am not a fan of drug store cosmetics. It takes something monumental to get me interested and Revlon has my dying to get to the store!! In January they are launching a 15+ peice (that's what I could find, there might be even more to it) limited edition collection. But if you have one near you, you can pick it up today at Ulta, Target, Meijer and H-E-B. Below, these groundbreaking products and my thoughts on them.

Nail Products
Nail lace appliques Ok, you know my thoughts on nail art although these are kinda cute, if you must, make sure it's for new years and take it off by Jan. 2
Dark Pleasures Blacker Laquer For those into the black polish, this gives it a new twist because it has pearl in it
Sweet Nothings Radiant Laquer Also has pearl in it, but the colors are in the light pink family





Lip Products
Sugar Sugar Lip Topping This is by far my favourite of the bunch, I love the way it makes your lips look, and if nothing else, I will get this
Midnight Swirl Lip Lustre Seems interesting, all the colors are swirled with black pearl, the color on the site is red, if they have some other shades more to my likely I think this will intrique me enough into buying it
Just Bitten Lip Stain If they have a berry color, I might try it. Have you seen Underworld? Do you not covet Kate Beckinsales Lips? and Eyes? and Skin? and Hair? and everything about her in that movie? Well maybe I can get the lips
Crushed Velvet Lip Creme The case is so Shu Uemura, just seems like lipstick to me, not that exciting

Blush Products
Golden Affair Sculpting Blush Also reminds me of the liogloss I mistook for a blush from the Shu Uemura Filigree Collection, only this one is actually a blush! I might buy it simply for that reason
Pinch Me Sheer Gel Blush I just finished a run down the mountain and how about some hot chocolate kinda apres ski snow bunny flush

Eye Products
Diamond Lust Sheer Shadow This is on my list of gotta gets, sparkly lavender shadow, I'm there
Molten Metal Liquid Shadow Not so into the heavy bronzed eye, this one isn't doing it for me
Bedroom Eyes Powder Liner Oh no, I usually use regular liner and smudge it to all hell becuase nothing is sexier to me than bedroom eyes and hair. This product is effortless, I'm sold
Lash Jewels Eye Accents This is too weird, little dew drops on the tips of lashes, no thanks. i wonder if it can do anything else

Skin Products
Bare It All Lustrous Powder Heavenly Angel-Fairy skin, if you like to be center stage when your out at night, pick this up
Bare It All Lustrous Lotion A spray-on lotion with an airbrushed effect
